Got my own bank account today. Went with the same bank my mortgage is at, so hopefully that will be in my favor whenever we decide to try to get the house in just my name. As for the moment things are going well. He's looking into getting a job in Chicago and moving back to his hometown. We're still both staying at the house and as long as things are amicable as they are now, i have no problem with that while he hunts for other options. Im really shocked by both of our maturity with dealing with this situation.
Heading to work shortly. Will be a long night, since i only slept about a couple hours last night to get up for an eye appointment. Good news with that. My regular eye Dr. said he thought i would be a great candidate to have corrective laser surgery, and as soon as im ready he will give me a referral to the specialist. Maybe by the end of the year i could be without glasses or contacts!

yeah, its like we're good friends now. only thing thats different is no more kissing, and not saying i love you. for now we're even sleeping in the same bed, just with different quilts haha. We can share a bed for a little while and see if he gets a job offer in chicago, or we get the paper work finalized. Im sure as hell not sleeping on the couch !
