So things are going smoothly with the divorce planning so far. We are actually agreeing and getting along better than we have in a long time since we made this decision. Plan as of now is to try to find out tomorrow if there is any way i can just assume the mortgage so his name can be taken off and i can keep the house. If not then i guess i will have to either get a new co signer and refinance, which i don't think i can afford to do. Next option would be to try to sell the house and find a house I can rent with my current roomies. In this market though i doubt our house would even sell for whats owed on it.

To try to save up a little more money, i decide to pick up an extra 32 hours at work this next week, since one of our artists is on vacation. That puts me at 67 hours for the week, but working on commission can be a downfall if its just not busy. So cross your fingers for me that it will be busy as hell!
