I have still to hear back from Pratt in Brooklyn, but now that it is over, I am relieved.

I've been reading a book on Zen, its principles and history, etc. Interesting stuff. Some aspects of it can be applied, I believe, to the life of a non-practitioner, to enhance concentration and reduce stress. Still, this is not Zen, this is only knowing about Zen, and not knowing Zen.

I have been laying low lately.

It is hard knowing that the next few weeks will determine my path for the next two years.

I am waiting on pins and needles.
Would I it were a bed of nails.
Of that I am curious.

For the past many years time has slipped away from me.
