Well i started training for my new job today. I was totally terrified going in there. I studied the martini menu religiously before I went in and then I get there and there is even more shit that wasn't on the online menu that they added and never updated online. Jeeeeez. The guy that was the manager was talking a mile a minute. He was showing me all around and everything I was trying to absorb what he was saying. It was a pretty slow night being monday. They had me make all the martinis for the night. They have a cheat cheat for the drinks but it doesn't say how much of each ingredient so you have to kind of feel it out. They just free pour everything too and they have these little tiny bar shakers that just fit enough for the glass so if you put too much of one thing in there it's hard to fix it. The girls working there seemed really nice and i think once i get the hang of the martinis it should be a cool place to work. I'm excited!!!!
