woooah i just had an extremely fucked up experience. I am totally shaking right now. My manager at the restaurant I work at has been repeatedly flirting with me saying little comments to me and shit. I didn't think much of it because almost every male manager iv'e had does this kinda shit. I think it's a requirement of male restaurant managers to be a flaming pervert. I kind of just giggle at whatever he says and blow it off. I have been semi-flirty to keep him on my good side. I figured I would get good shifts that way and he has comped my food and bought me beers a few times so i thought that was cool. ....He has been getting progressively more creepy though and keeps wanting to walk me to my car. Well tonight he walks me out and some other people were out in the parking lot and he was like ...oh who's that....and was kinda scouting around. So i start getting in my car and he says "aren't you going to give me a hug?" so I sigh and i go to give him a hug and he starts asking for me to give him my hand....he had a hard-on and he kept trying to get me to touch it!!!!! I kept squirming away and saying i had to go. He kept trying to say come on..its ok...come on...just give me a cheap thrill. I finally wormed away from him and got in my car and took off. aaaaaarg. I can't believe he did that! I don't know what to do. I was really starting to like this job. I think i'm going to have to leave now. The whole thing was so fucked up. !!!!! I don't know what to do.

File a police report. If you get fired then its all on the owner and he'll be in really deep shit legally. The cops treat situations like this with kit gloves so you can be assured it will be handled properly. I know its hard to do but its the only proper way given the situation. Who knows, maybe you'll even get promoted when that dirtbag has to answer to the law.
