I was referencing how guys will sometimes keep things from previous girlfriends (unknowingly, knowingly) and how the new girl will knowingly throw those things away <3.

thanks. we're all looking forward to getting back. It hasn't been a bad deployment at all, but nothing beats coming back to the States after being away out here. I know I've done that, usually in the form of music or books they gave or something. Or I'll keep photos. Guys are certainly pack rats. And I guess we want to hold on to the idea that there must have been good memories involved...
