I am back with a proper update! :)
So like I said in my previous blog, I've been way too tired working 2 part time jobs. I know it's not much but for someone who hasn't had a steady job for some time now it made a huge impact on my health and sleep routine. At the restaurant I would work from 10am to 3pm or from 6pm to 10.30pm, sometimes both, Monday to Friday and then on the weekends I would babysit the sweetest blue eyed little boy from 9.30am to 3pm. You can imagine though that working at a restaurant means you don't really have fixed schedule so I would end up going home at 2am and falling asleep at 3 or 4am to get up at 9am. All this for almost 2 weeks made me really sleepy, depressive and sick.
But now I can rest because I'm only working on Mondays and Tuesdays (luch time) and babysitting for the weekends (even tho it's all day) :) This money was supposed to help me out on my trip to Lisbon on May 1st for the Portugal Shootfest but unfortunately it won't even see the month of April :( My heater (that works with gas to heat up the water) stopped working completely and my house had no hot water for like a week -.- we had it replaced by a cylinder and that costs money so yeah... And also, our car needed some fixing, I honestly have no idea what it was exactly cause I've created an ON/OFF button in my head when we talk about it but it was making weird noises and the driver's seatbelt is all fucked up. Bye bye money. I just hope I have enough to eat and move around the city with my best friend Nate for the first 4 days of May haha with that guy I know I'll manage ;)
I found a hurt little sparrow on the street, took it home, took care of him, got him a cage to stay in while he healed his paw, some yummy food and named him Tweety Birdie. A couple days later the sweet bird that had been hopping around the room following us everywhere passed away. I buried him, don't know if it was the right thing to do or not but it was what my head could think of at the time. I cried my eyeballs out, I always get attached.... And I don't really want to talk about it anymore :(
Now moving on to some happier thoughts, I'm sooooo excited for this shootfest! May seems so far away but in a month I'll see some of my favorite ladies on this planet and meet some new smoking hot babes!!! And of course shoot some sets with some super talented people ;) Life is good :)
I also can't wait for April 9th when my new set comes out! It was such a pleasure shooting with @dwam, she is so sweet and funny and made me sooo comfortable while shooting. And I believe this set shows a not so innocent side of me, I'm more flirty and more at ease in front of the camera... I wish I could just show you all right now I am so proud hahaha
