ok, ok, I know I need to update. But it still really pisses me off that I can never upload pics to go along with my journal entries. Therefore I just leave the same lame ones. I'm still waiting for worthless boy to help me out with the program...unless any of you guys know how to email a newer version of Photoshop or something fun like that. I'm gonna have a 3 page long blog sometime soon of nothing but pictures. I know you're ready for it.
So...what's new. Well just finished my one random summer class. It was almost as if I bought a grade. Extremely easy, and I was able to use my book on the test. but shhh...don't tell. And I got my college ring finally in the mail. Extremely dorky, I know but I love it. I will *sigh* try and get a pic up of it sometime..it looks sorta like this
but it has Nursing on the left, BS 2007 on the right, and a nursing emblem in the middle of the black.
Just bought a radar detector. Figured if it got me out of one ticket it would've paid for itself. Decent investment.
Been helping said worthless boy move into his fun new house. Definitely a fixer-upper, but beeaauutiful. Its an old supervisor mill house right down the road from one of the many huge mills here in greenville. At one point it was the largest factory under one roof. Has wood floors (under the hideous green and burnt orange shag carpeting, of course) very large rooms, and a humungous kitchen. I'm absolutely in love. Definitely not the best street in town, but people seem to be friendly. Oh, and the ice cream truck comes every day. Definitely a plus. This move has definitely been consuming my last few weeks. I'm totally building some muscle. sweet.
I got the CNA job at the hospital I've been dying to get for about 10 weeks now. Just gotta set up the pay, hours, training days, etc. But apparently I interview fantastic, so that's always a good thing. Unfortunately it may be night shift but hey, more money, quieter, and less bottoms i'll have to wipe. Right?
God i'm itching for a tattoo so bad I can't stand it. maybe when I finally start making money at the hospital I can get me some new stuff.
Sooooooooooooo that's about it for now. I'll try to update sooner next time, and finally some pics of my shiny happy face.
(keep your fingers crossed 'bout my new set. they said they loved it, and let me know if they wanted to use it...woot!)
