Poo and Putting on weight...

Is it just me or has everyone been letting themselves go a little bit. I got so upset last week... I usually weigh 8st, now I weigh 9. It was such a shock for someone of my stature, I had the biggest bloated belly that happened over night, I looked 7 months pregnant. Maybe it's because I hadn't had a shit for a week.

Oh the horror!! I got off the scales, ran into my room got my jogging bottoms on and I ran down stairs, drank 3 sachets of poo-a-lot, ran out of the door down the road crying my eyes out. It must have looked hilarious. I don't over eat, but maybe I've been eating the wrong things.

I went into the park, doing sit ups and crunches. I even did press ups, of which I managed 2. I'm so unfit!! I hate running or jogging but it does the trick. I still didn't shit for 2 days after, I was ambushed walking uptown and it nearly ended in tragedy.

WHY?!?! I'm working harder and harder to keep the weight off in me old age, and what have I got to do to have a shit around here?
