this morning i had a pretty fucked up dream about being outside and watching these creepy ghost things flying around my house. when i woke out of the dream, both my legs were asleep and i felt very disoriented and frightened. even once i realized it was just a dream i couldn't shake the creepy feeling i was having. i have definately been on a big dream kick ever since i moved into my new apartment at the beginning of august. the night before last was a bunch of action movie-esque dreams that i can't really remember at the moment. all i remember is that one involved rescuing a woman and a chimpanzee from a hospital/asylum/evil lab, and the other was something to do with a little fat kid running away from home because he messed up his role in the big school play (which, incidentally, featured all the kids on ice skates). anyway, i guess this entry doesn't really have much of a point, except to say "why the hell am i dreaming so much lately?" and to serve as kind of a dream log for me. maybe i should get some reading material on dream analysis.....
