So I got a push start from AAA on Monday morning. Battery was so low that a conventional jump wouldn't work. I was able to drive to work, but the battery was dead again, as soon as I turned the engine off. I'm pretty sure it's toast (and I'm hoping the problem is just the battery), so I got a new one from Kragen today. Fortunately, I have a large group of co-workers who have cars and whom I hang out with as well, so getting rides to and from work hasn't been a problem.
But I actually prefer to drive. In my line of work, there's no set time that everyone goes home, and I hate waiting around after I'm done for the day. So tomorrow I'll install a new battery in my truck that's at the office parking lot, and hopefully it will start right up. Cross your fingers.
