Wow, I actually sold things today. Granted, it was to friends, but friends with money = WIN
I sold 5 pieces, and made like 60 or around that. Gater, Jesse , Spam and others had a 3 hours long jjam session on the porch next to us, it was pretty good, for the most part. Spam did like a 17+ minute long drum solo that was fucking bad ass.
Eric took lots and lots of pictures of the day--took up a 4 gig card and more with our camera
He also made a cute sign to put above the porch that said:
"Donations for the band go in the hat (with an arrow pointing to them) and One of a Kind Jewelry in front of the pretty lady (with an arrow to me)"
it was adorable.
Aside from Apple butter, the only thing I actually bought this year was a back and orange catnip ball for spooky, and he's in love with it. It's hand made, so I'm sure the catnip is pretty good.
I also got a little something for $5 that will surely make the evening more amusing.
So, with the money, we went and got steaks, and orange juice, some cream cheese and bagels. Also, some orange tea. Fuck yes. Bring on the meat stuff ^_^
We rented a bunch of movies last night, so I wonder what one we're gonna end up watching tonight.. hmm...
on a completely unrelated note, since I'd been on birth control long enough, last night we decided to tr the sex without a condom thing. It was...interesting for both of us, defiantly something we'll need to get used to, but I don't see that taking too long.
Well, I think I'm going to go torment the kitty with the catnip ball, or get high.
