December 29th. That is my actual move date. One last christmas with my sister and her brood and then I'm off to chicagoland. I set up my savings account already and started funneling money into it. I have checked van rental rates and airfare for the yankee. I have begun packing things like knickknacks and sorta think i should buy a coat. I have a temp place to stay while i find an apartment and 2 people to be friends with up there so i'm not alone. this is crazy. its way different than the time i moved to denver. i just sold all my shit and went. this is planned out. FOR YEARS. and now its finally coming together. im so happy i could shit. but im not gonna trust it til the yankee steps off the plane. then ill know for sure im on my way to chicago! whew.
