my upstairs neighbours have a little dog just like that. and it hates my dogs too. it's fights through the fence with my chihuahua. I'd kinda like to drop kick it. but I suspect the owners have no idea it barks to the extent it does when they leave. they probably think it stops after the first 5 minutes. But then, I don't let my dogs bark insistently and they don't have severe separation anxiety so what do i know really?
