Sometimes it hard to me to keep track of the days and the weekends.

This seems to be recent problem but my feet are cold alot even with like 2 pairs of socks. How did I develop bad circulation? any suggestions on how to fix it? vitamins?

more exercise, they say. And depending on the socks, better socks. sometimes they keep the cold in, I've found.
Usually I take a hot bath and then put on warm clothes to keep the heat in.

i have poor circulation too..
my feet go numb when i walk sometimes..
everyone always tells me to exercise whatever
