I started riding my bike again. It wasnt as hard or hard at all for that matter as i expected it to be this is good cause now im motivated to ride more. I did laundry and went grocery shopping yay for me. Im going to try to it ride everyday now like i used to before i fell in to hole of drugs and depression.
