And I realized that her face at some point reminded me so much of yours...
Yes, I always felt that you're sailing into the darkness and I'm the only light that could lead you back home, your only hope. Quite pretentious of me to think that I could save you from your destiny, especially when you don't want to be saved (by me or by anyone else).You seem to be as attracted by that darkness as some flying insects are attracted into the light, only to burn themselves when they get close enough.
I tried and tried and tried. I tried everything, but it didn't work.
I guess it's time to let you go.
