A cool, foggy, rainy day on tap....it will get to about 43 degrees today.

I just put a big pot of pinto beans on the stove and brought them to a boil.....they will simmer for the next 3 housr and 45 minutes with 2 huge hickory smoke cured ham shanks floating around in the pot with the beans. About 10:30, I'll start making the cornbread....
