The food was soooooooo good...the day was great....everything went well....couldn't have been better! Well, maybe it could have....but I really don't see how. smile

I'd like to do it all over again in about a month....oh wait...we will be! biggrin

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Mine was a pants buster!

Glad yours was good. It's so tiresome to cook all day, eat a ton, then clean up. Then have to be at work at 6:30am, me sleepy.

Wow...everything went so smoothly this morning!

Things are going along so swimmingly well today....I'm almost afraid something terribly bad is going to happen to counteract all the goodness that is today.

OK...so things seem to be in order for Thanksgiving now....the grocery shopping is done. I found the capons....2, nice 8lbs.ers. Tomorrow I will make the cornbread and biscuits for the stuffing, so that it can be drying out for a few days. I love it when a plan comes together! My dream actually wasn't that unusual. I have very morbid dreams on a regular basis. I always have, and I have no idea why!

You better get yourself to a doctor, mister! That's just scary to go that long without being checked out. What is it with you men?

I also need to get a flu shot this year. I've had the flu once, and it was killer. 2 full weeks in bed with high fever and zero strength. By the second week I had enough strength to walk to my kitchen to make toast, but I couldn't make it back. I had to lie down on the floor in the hallway and take a nap. Awful!

Hmmmm....

A week ago today, I was mowing the yard and it was 65.

Saturday, it was windy, but it was 70 degrees.

Yesterday, it snowed.

Today we have 4 inches of snow and it struggled to get to 25 degrees. Tonight, it's going down to around 15 degrees. With the windchill, we're talking 0. Wow!
