Hmmmmm...Friday was my last journal entry...today is Tuesday....where did the weekend go?
Been a little busy I guess. Despite a few shorty rains the last month, it's really been pretty dry here. My water comes from a well...and a shallow one at that. I've had water problems the last couple of days. Something that uses water... toilet, washer, dishwasher, etc. must've stuck open and drained the well while I was gone yesterday. I came home to find that I had no water in the house. I think I've got the problem that used the water fixed, but the well is still way down and is taking a long time to refill. I'll have to be pretty careful and only use water sparingly the next few days while it tries to refill itself. Hopefully we'll get some rain in the next day or so (it's forecast) and that will help. No showers for me the next couple of days...I'm going to have to just be stinky for awhile I guess.
