After a busy Friday and Saturday, today will be a little quieter and calmer....which is just fine by me.

A nice big roast just went into the oven. In a couple of hours I'll add the potatos and onions to the roast. I'll make a salad and I've got ice cream for dessert.....sounds just about right for a Sunday dinner to me.

I think a nap this afternoon sounds about right too.

Popcorn and an ice cold Pepsi tonight, will top off and round things out for the day.....a little TV and then to bed, getting ready for Labor Day on Monday.
