Sunday morning has dawned and it's already almost 80 degrees........

The deer have found my sweetcorn, so measures have been put in motion. Must....protect......the sweetcorn.....


Today's dinner menu includes:

Salmon steaks....lightly rubbed with my secret dry rub, then grilled in butter

Stir fry veggies that are steamed instead of fried and then smothered in melted cheese

Homemade apple salad...including honey roasted peanuts

Fresh, juicy cantalope

Skondra's New York Vanilla ice cream, covered with fresh raspberries

Now that's good eaten' !
