So....summer is chugging along nicely enough. Hard to believe that July 4th is past us already and the days have begun to get a tad shorter as each day passes. Fall will be here before you know it. I truly believe that time is inversely relative to the age of the one percieving it. To youngsters, time seems to move slowly. As you get older, it begins to speed up.

Tomorrow will be another day to go to the city. Getting the haircut that I didn't get because of a screw up last week. No rain in sight for awhile, so riding the bike is a given. It will be a good day, just for that alone. Not sure what I'll do while there, but I'm hoping to look up a couple of friends while I'm in town.

I'll be tackling the massive yard again this afternoon. The rainfall last week finally gave it a little encouragement to grow, so it needs a trim again. I've never added up all the hours of my life that I've spent mowing this yard since I was a kid, but if I did, I'm sure the number would shock me.

The new/used lens that I bought for my camera is a good one. I've been doing some experimenting with it. I think it will give me some good results when I'm finally ready to use it properly.

This just may be one of the most boring jounal entries ever.....so goes my life....
