Happy 4th of July
All my commitments for the 4th are now done, so I can spend the rest of it doing whatever I want. I'm going to put some brats on the grill for lunch today.
My sweetcorn has righted itself and stood back up. I was amazed at how well it came back. Looks like the crop is saved after all!
I'm going to make a trip out to the raspberry patch this afternoon to see how they are coming along. After the nice, timely rain we recieved a few days ago, they might just be ready.....MMmmmmmmmmmmm.....fresh raspberries and ice cream....MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

I love raspberries! Thats good your sweetcorn is ok. Oh Im getting hungry now but its 2.30am! Tomorrow Im picking some of the rhubarb in my friends garden and we're going to make pie and have it with ice cream! Hope you are well
