Christmas day was great. Practically the whole family was here and everything went off without a hitch. The meal was fantastic and we all ate more than we should have. I waited until 4pm to eat dessert and then had 2 pieces of pecan pie...with ice cream! Oh my achin' belly! 
The little ones in the family had a great time and all the adults were pretty merry as well. After a couple of glasses of wine with dinner, it was hard to walk around the floor for all the bodies scattered here and there taking naps. We have 2-3 competitive snorers in the family and for awhile it was like being amoung a swarm of buzz saws! Later in the afternoon we played some of the board games with the kids. My Mom felt good and really enjoyed the day without getting too worn out, especially having her kids, grandkids and great grandkids around her, giving her lots of Christmas hugs and kisses. All in all it was a great day!
Today was quiet and restful after all the commotion of yesterday. I slept in until 7 this morning....I can't remember the last time that happened! An easy dinner and then a long nap this afternoon. Pepsi and popcorn are on the agenda for tonight.....with a little TV or maybe a DVD movie.
The weatherman is saying we could be back into the hi 40's or maybe even low 50's toward the end of the week....crazy weather....it will probably be the death of us all!

ya i was pretty comfy doing the set, my best friend took the pics so yeh it was pretty comfy with her, only thing i had to worry about was hiding from people walking to the cliff top! hehe... i had to hide in the caves a few time, it was pretty funny.
