The rain might stop today and it might get to 70 degrees.....might.
I managed to get almost all of my yard mowing done yesterday...only about an hours worth left. I quit cause I got rained on and got wet and cold. The grass is 12 ft tall now.....OK....that's an exaggeration, but not by much. Tommorow they promise sun and 75....bunch a lyin' bastards!
I'm really not in as bad of a mood as I sound like. I'm just wishing for some nice weather. Life is OK right now. My Mom is doing a bit better this past week and Mother's Day was pretty nice for her. My meat supply will be replenished today. I'll be picking up 1/2 a beef, from the steer that my sister and brother in law had slaughtered. I was completely out of steaks and roasts, so it's the perfect time to get the grill going again. Nothing better than a big old, thick, corn fed T Bone steak sizzlin' out on the grill!
