I was reminded yesterday, of something my Dad used to say.
"Never give anything more worry, than it's worth"
In other words, don't sweat the little stuff. I think I've been guilty of worrying about to many things and too many things that are out of my control recently. It's easy to get caught up in worrying about every little thing....and then get overwhelmed. I gotta concentrate on the big, important stuff in life and let the little stuff slide off my back a little more. Most of the little stuff in life works itself out on it's own anyway. There are too many great things in life, to spend 100 % of your time on worry.
So, that's the lesson for today kids!
