I've been needing a day to take off and get away...so today is the day! I'll be getting a haircut, among other things.
I have a couple of things in mind to shop for and buy, but mostly I just need a day away from the ranch.
All my taxes have now been paid....income and property. I actually have a few pennies left over in the dish this year! I even got to make a contribution to my retirement fund! That felt pretty good.
It's a bit gloomy this morning....no sun...but at least it's not quite so cold and is supposed to be in the low 50's today. We've had some wonderful rain the last couple of days.....I think if I went out and cleared away the leaves, I could probably find some tulips just pushing through the ground. It won't be long now!

Supposed to be very nice this weekend, low 70's, too bad I have to work all weekend long. Atleast it beats the cold.
