Today I go to my accountant with all of my papers.....starting on taxes....UGH!

Cold, cold, cold.....2 above this morning, with a 20 mph wind...windchill at 15 below. At least the sun is shining brightly.

Gotta get groceries this afternoon....the cupboards are bare.

i love when it's freezing outside and the cubards are filled with yummy comfort food. it makes me happy just thinking about it.

My Mom use to roast the ribs too, But this way it's way moister, I seared them in a skillet first, seasoned, then tossed them in the crock with one peeled onion,a nd sauce, ill serve with rice and a veggie, apple sauce.
Ya i got a little tak with oxygen pump this time. well see.
