I was thinking about some things that have happened to/by/with/for/because of me over the last 10....I guess the conclusion that I came to is:

You live
You learn

I have a few half hearted regrets about a couple of things....mostly financial stuff, where I'd be a little better off right now if I'd done things differently....but for the most part, it all turned out OK.
