Very bad morning...I had to take my little baby Zoe to the vet and have her put to sleep.
I've been putting it off for a long time. She was 15 years old and she ruptured 2 disks in her back a couple years ago and they've been hurting her really badly lately and meds were no longer helping her. She had cataracts in her eyes and couldn't see and had begun to just kind of wander around. I couldn't stand to see her like that anymore. I realized it wasn't fair to her to make her suffer just because I will miss her.

Yesterday was also sad. It was the 1 year anniversary of when my grandma passed away. My family spent the day with my grandpa. He wanted to do things that she used to love doing....so that's what we did. It was really hard. I still miss her soooo much.
