this is quite possibly the worst i've felt in ages. last night i was alternately burning up and freezing, i could barely walk upstairs, and eating was out of the question. i managed to sleep 10 hours but it was that horrible half-dreaming half-awake fever sleep. i blame holiday travel. never again. never, ever again.
