i dont like the giant yellow bar across the top of my page that says i have friend requests.. thats kind of an eye sore.. but aside from that.. the changes arnt that bad..

its no longer hump day.. its.. uh.. the day-after-humpday... and woo.. one more day closer to the weekend.. so i can sleeeeeeep iiiiiiiiiiin!!

yeah, so far i'm enjoying it...in jr. high i LOVED motley crue..yikes!

I got laid last night! Woohoo! Somehow I've got to get my ass out of this chair and get outside. I've got no big plans this weekend. Bor-ing.

The first week at work turned out to be no sweat, pretty mundane actually. They just had me doing boring, archival stuff, basically logging old footage. This week will hopefully be a bit more exciting, I may be directly involved in an actual shoot Tuesday. Suffice it to say, I did overeact a little, only b/cuz this is my first "real" job within the media industry since I finished school in July, and was really paranoid about a making a bad impression on the first day. It'll take me a little while to get completely comfortable yet, but at least I'm not walking into work on pins and needles anymore. Thanks for the hugs and support!

lil moving hint: when you find yourself left with nothing in the room but little bits of stuff all over the floor, dont just vaccum it up; the ring/button/extra hooky thing for yr cd rack/family heirloom that you lost 2 years ago is in the carpet somewhere, I swear!!!! It always happens, and looking for it *now* is better than sifting thru the vaccum bag later....
