Ive just about had it with my current job. The pay is the only thing keeping me here. I dont have health insurance, My Sick/Personal Days are pretty much non existant, and no vacation time.

To add to all of this I am not happy with the work I have been assigned and I have made this very clear to my boss yet it was just ignored.

Whenever we have employee reviews I am always told that im one of the hardest working people they have yet I am always denied pay raises, promotions, ect. Ive been told by my boss (In more words then this) that its because I dont play politics well.

Ive been at this place for 2 years and I still feel like its my first week here.

Fuck them all.
