not a whole lot new with me.
I'm stuck wondering what the hell to do with my financial situation. I'm working long hours and bringing home what most would consider a decent wage. I've got 10 grand in school bills... I wanted to purchase a guitar.. but I dont know what is going on with me, but I've all of a sudden started thinking about why not pay your bills off.. pay your bills off and get your life in order...
I've been given a great opportunity to work with my father in the spring.. and even better then that.. my parents just purchased 47 acres of land, and said they would give 2 acres to my brother and his family in the making, and another 2 acres to me. In all honestly I"m not too sure living a stone throw away from my parents is a good idea, or something I'm interested in... but there is a huge plus to this that I didnt think about untill today... I can use this 2 acres as an asset to help get loans and shti from the bank if needed..
So... Finall financial plan, I'm going to pay off this 10 grand and try to get a line of credit from the bank, and have some money to fall back on if I ever need it.
Perhaps when I get the line of credit I can use some of that to get the guitar I've always wanted, but for now I'm stuck doing what is right, even though it sucks..
Kc wants to do a set.. so I think tomorrow I'll do that... Going to re arrange the appartment so the bed is in the mail part and the bedroom can be somewhat of a art studio for KC and a Photography room for myself.
Anyways, back to interview with the vampire

God I HATE financial crap so my advice is worthless.. too bad there is no way of avoiding it
