Offer terms agreed upon!! Inspection tomorrow, appointment friday, and should be able to close by the end of the month! I and SUUUUPER excited tofindally have my own house. no more living in a crappy apartment. no more crappy neighborhood. no more wading through a river to get across the parking lot. no more stinky, or loud neighbors! It's going to be SO NICE!!! First thing I'm going to do is change the locks, second is install a dishwasher. then I'll be doing well. woo hoo!!
