Its early in the morning. and it looks like it rained last night. Thats Oregon for ya. 90 degrees one day, raining the next.

Went up to Powells for awhile which was great, picked up a few books, wandered around for awhile. Was hoping to be up there later in the day so that we might stick around to go check out Siren and Snow, but that didnt happen. Since people sometimes like hearing little drama stories about other people I will post it. if you arent into it. skip ahead.

My good friend and neighbor is working on a little project where he is painting this big crazy mural type thing on the wall in his room. Well a lady friend of his he has known for a long time and has dated before was supposed to be over yesterday to help him paint and all of that, he had inconvenienced a few other friends of his and everything to get it all set up so they could paint when she got there. But she never showed up, never called, and wouldnt answer her phone. ouch. not cool. he had called her the night before to make sure she knew what time everything was going on etc etc. and no show. Never been a fan of people like that.

So I'm off to go break in some new recruits, then head home, then off to work, then back here where we are supposed to be having a birthday party for a friend of ours. Should be interesting to say the least.
