Well the neighbors finally got moved in, first night and my guess is they will already be getting a warning from the manager. Drunken fools. Gotta love those guys.

Looks like there will be a party or atleast a bunch of drinking again over there tonight. Atleast if we need to we can be loud over there and come back to our place right next door and let them take any of the blame
