oh, and i totally forgot that i went to a concert onfriday the 11th to see The Killers at City Market. I don't know if anyone else saw them, but i was thoroughly impressed. 
Brandon Flowers is one hot wannabe mexican! He actually stopped singing in the middle of a song and there was dead silence amongst thousands for a moment as we hung on his every breath, wondering what he was about to say. He had actually stopped a song to stop a fight in the crowd. He wanted to make sure that every one was ok and said that this was a peaceful place and we should all be happy!
Then he managed to pick up the song almost exactly where he had left off.
I loved every song they played and they played two encores. I could've gone for three. The energy in the crowd was calm but excited at the same time. There was jumping during most songs, but the slower ones, everyone seemed to sway together in a blissful state.
All i have to say about them now is.... I can't wait for The Killers to come back to Kansas City!!!
