And then edited to add again, because this was on my mind all day today and I was trying to think of how to write it down.
Take chances. It could hurt. It could hurt really bad. But it could also have the greatest reward of all time. You could be... Read More
I don't think of this as strategy. But learning how to read your teacher is always good in any class because some of them just give the test or quiz questions away. Some teachers slow down their speaking if they really want you to get something. Others show a lot of enthusiasm for one part of their lesson even when the rest of the class is bored stiff. That's when you know what notes to take. I used to just write nearly everything the teacher said and I did poorly as a result.
Study with a friend, we learn the best while we teach. Try to explain what you are learning to someone who will listen, your brain will retain it more. That's what always helps me and my major is biochemistry/cosmology.
Best of luck sweetums!
ETA:

Everyone!
Be stoked with me!

Ummm my life has been interesting... lots of not so great stuff coupled with some good stuff in between. I am back in school too... Decided to switch majors (again) and now I am going for a degree in Nutrition. So far I am doing well! But work is really getting me down and I am trying to either switch departments at the company I am with or find a new job all together! But so far not much luck.
The best thing right now is my boy! Love him a bunch and he is my freaking rock! lol
So much has changed for me the few months I was absent from SG.
Let's go down the list, shall we?

-Am actually taking school seriously.

When I was in junior high, I went to my girlfriend's house for lots of making out and heavy petting.
Didn't realize until it was way too late that my girlfriend DEVOURED my neck, and I was the laughingstock of my class for weeks.
