My gyno is completely useless, as is their "answering service," which provided absolutely no answers.
I call the main hospital because my doctor's office isn't open. They connect me to the gyno wing.
Me: I have a question.
Them: Okay.
Me: I've been experiencing some...
Them: Hold on, let me get a nurse.
Nurse: What's your problem?
Me: *I state the problem*
Nurse: Uhh... call your regular physician.
Fine. I call my regular physician, even though the office is closed. The answering machine says to call another number, so I do. That answering machine tells me to dial 8 for the answering service. I do.
Them: Answering service.
Me: I have a question. Are you a nurse?
Them: No.
Me: Is there one on staff?
Them: No.
Me: Who can I talk to, then?
Them: Well, there's a physician I can call and he can call you back later.
Me: Nevermind.
Jesus Christ. I just wanted a simple answer to a pretty simple question. Gaaaaaah.

From what I've been told they are not allowed to answer questions over the phone and the like anymore, becuase someone could sue them...
At least that's what I was told. I think It's a gimick to make more money...
