i cut like 4 inches of my hair off, it feels kinda weird...so much shorter than its been in the last few years but it doesn't get caught in my elbow so thats nice 
hula hooping is really doing a number on my body. i keep shrinking. I'm a little over a size down from what i was in WA, but if you saw my horrible eating habits you would understand my surprise (i drink Arizona energy drink all day and typically only eat once a day really late at night which i have been told is like the worst possible thing you can do)

I've been such an insomniac lately...last night i was up til like 5 am i watched a dale chihuly special on pbs. it was actually pretty amazing but none the less i dont enjoy feeling all comatose the whole day. 
thankfully i dont have anything to do today but watch WEC fight and TUF with lanconater and hang out with friends
