me personal life has seemed to straighten itself out...a little compromise and all parties involved are happy! hooray! i'm still doing this whole diet and exercise thing...i'm seeing progress little by little...maybe i'll start taking pictures so i can see from week to week. i've been thinking alot about my set and i wanna do it getting dressed style...mostly because when i get all gussied up is my favorite part of the day and i think its an effective way to show my personality. i just have to make sure it in no way collides with the no-no list. i'm gunna start looking at any other sets done in this style to see how the other girls did it as to not be a copy kitty...

Very good. Eating a good diet will make you feel so good. I can totaly tell when i eat good. Yep check the no no list twice. I know you can make a totaly great set!!!

The weekly picture is a good idea to judge progrees with as using bodyweight can be confusing due to increases in lean mass nulling the fatloss weight drop.
