I could feel it coming on Friday afternoon...so I decided that I was not going to just sit home and be depressed. I threw my camping gear, my bike, and all my music in the truck and I took off for the weekend. I camped out in the rain Friday night and then got up Satruday and spent the day on the AT hiking and trying to clear my head...trying to put the last year and a half into perspective. It rained all day and I sent up camp Saturday night in the rain. I froze my ass off Saturday night, but Sunday I got up and hiking back to the truck and drove to one of my favorite biking spots. I put 30 miles on my bike in an effort to tire myself out too much to think. On the way home Sunday afternoon I stopped at a record store and got some White Stripes that I was lacking...All and all...just what I needed.

i pretty much made myself miserable and then got over it, then did it again all this weekend. i'm in a pretty good mood tonight, though, cause like i said, i'm gonna go watch some fooo baaaa! yeah, that's fun... i have to go buy some facepaint, etc... so, i'll see you later.
