Its been quite a while since I could post anything, but about 2 days after my last post I had an accident and damaged my right shoulder and have physically not been able to type. With further damage happening in December and June, so each time it was almost healed it was injured worse.... Now after 3 months of physio I can type for a little bit, thursday this week I get a cortisone injection into my shoulder, hopefully that will get rid of my remaining pain and mean I can raise my arm fully soon. And hopefully be a bit more active here.
