Never a good month for me this, everything that can go wrong usually does in September, all my full time jobs have ended in September, most of my relationships, i'm usually ill constantly throughout. Though this year I only have a minor cold, instead my major problem this year is dealing with doctors.....
This year my diabetic review was this month, so I make my appointment as usual and instead of the diabetic specialist I get a doctor I can only really describe as being an idiot, the sort of doctor who thinks he's right and the rest of the world is wrong and his opinion is the only opinion. First thing he does is demand that I go out and buy a top of the range blood pressure machine as my blood pressure is a bit high when i get it taken at the doctor's surgery, with my past experiences at the previous surgery that should come as no shock to any one as at my last doctors the head diabetic doctor wanted to put me on an experimental injection that increases the risk of cancers 34 times.... this among other things. So this new doctor takes my blood pressure and what a shock its even higher than normal. This of course is not even what I'm there for...
I'm just there for blood test results. After him ranting for 5 minutes he finally tells me my results. My blood sugars are down, not too far off normal now. My triglicerides are back to normal, they shot up to nearly 5 times the normal level due to side effects from metformin. My cholesterol if down to 3 from 4. And my weight down 30lbs since the end of july. So what does this doctor want to do... Put me on insulin as diabetic medicines have in his belief no effect and all diabetics should be put on insulin. I manage to get out of there somehow without punching him only to find that when I try and get my prescriptions renewed 2 days later I can't..... And I cant get a medicine review with my normal doctor till after they run out, strangely the only doctor with a free appointment is the idiot I had my initial review with.... Not happening.
In other news my new band almost has a full line up just waiting to hear from the drummer, though I may have to find a new keyboard player as Bexx has a few issues with playing doom thanks to a previous relationship she was in. So I should be starting to write the music for the 30 new songs I wrote the lyrics for last month sometime at the start of October.
