Yesterday was the first day on the internship. Nothing really special. Just practiced some lines...such as "I hope so" and "I get iiiiiiiit." Nothing too hard. Did learn a new technique for lip syncing though that doesn't involve linear animation. Trax editor rules. Just make the clips of animation. No messy keys at all.
I bet all four of you reading this are going "fuh?" I might explain later.
Jade Empire works...sorta. Takes bit to get it working. Gonna have to get a new drive soon for my Xbox. I think I will get a cheap Thomson one for about $30 on eBay and do the repair myself (though they did get some pretty good reviews from people). Apparently, it only takes about 10 minutes to do and it really isn't difficult, so I will attempt it. What else can I lose other than $30 more than I would spend on a new system.
