It is 4 AM and I got a morning class tomarrow. Yipee.
I don't know why, but I am feeling pretty down lately.
I only got one more week of school, then I get a three week break, but I am not really looking foward to it. A lot of people use their break to hang out with friends and such. Most of my friends are out of state at the time, whether they go home for the break or go to another school which will start up by the time I get out. I hate my school's fucking schedule. The breaks because of it make things really boring and depressing. I sit around all day doing nothing but watch tv, take up space, and play video games when I really feel like going out since I actually have free time. If only I could find something to do, then I wouldn't have this problem.
Luckily the school is fixing that situation by creating a schedule that is more close to the schedule of other colleges, as well as improving their help on finding jobs for senior students (I get to start that next year). When are all these changes occuring? Fall of 2005. When do I graduate? Spring of 2005. Story of my fucking life. Everytime they make a change for the better, it is when I am always over with things.
On another more positive, though kinda stupid, note, I had my first Halo multiplayer experience yesterday...and now I want more. I tried the Gamespy thing, but it won't seem to find any games on the XBox. Oh well, but considering it was my first time, I did very well. In the match against a guy who plays once in a while and a normal player, I was killing them all pretty well, and when the more serious Halo player entered, I came in 2nd place all the time behind within 5. Then someone else joined and I could barely get into the double digits of kills, but still was in 2nd place.

you go to columbia, don't you? i work there, so i know how screwed up the schedule is. the paycheck thing is even worse with the break coming up, because now that i have some time to go out of town and see friends, i don't have the cash after missing so much work due to the holidays. so it will be a few weeks of video games for me too.....
