Only getting about 3-4 hours of sleep a day for the past two weeks isn't fun. Especially when it keeps your cold from ever leaving your body. And have a job that requires a lot of physical labor.
Luckily last night, I actually got a full nights rest for once. So I didn't feel exhausted throughout most of the day other than after work (which is normal).
My friend threw a party last Saturday. I went, but felt really weird there. Not like "this isn't my scene weird." More like the feeling like you get from the 30 year old guy who goes to high school/college parties type of weird. Seriously, the average age of the people there had to be 16-17. This was a bunch of people from work going, so I expected some of the younger non-college people to come, but I didn't think they each bring 6 of their friends. Didn't know 90% of the people there. Plus I was the 3rd oldest person there. The line "best thing about high school girls is as I get older, they stay the same age" kept repeating in my mind for the purpose that I felt an old creepy bastard there. Luckily, for as stupid as some of the people were there, it didn't get busted.
Main reason I went there was to bring Rock Band, but that went over so well when another person said I had to bring my system, guitar, drums, and microphone. But I lost my A/V cables since I use VGA cables for the 360 and couldn't convince him to bring his. Maybe if we got a bunch of drunken Rock Band game moments there, I would have felt more comfortable.
I mean everyone loves Rock Band. Right?
