Me: I really need to do something about my money situation...I am $40 in the hole in my checking account...plus the $2000 credit card bill.

This, by the way, is the 17th time my friend Derek told me to go into porn to fix my money situation. I am beginning to think he is actually being serious now...
Speaking of poor money situation, I will have only about 12 hours next week combined. Bad, cause I need the money. Good, cause it looks like I can make it to Iowa to visit my sister and my newly born niece. And if we are lucky...I might be coming home with a car.
Problem is due to work always being so close and the Metra train, I haven't driven in 4 years...so, someone is going to have to relearn. Hopefully that should be quick.
Also, now that the Valentine's thing is out of people's systems, maybe things can return to normal. I am getting sick of hearing about this couple shit of what he did for her etc.
